Dear Len and Babs, Don't know if you remember us, we brought our daughter Sarah with Daisy chain last year. We sadly lost Sarah but had the collection at her funeral donated to Donna's. Would just like you to know that our sister in law is holding a craft fair this week for Donna's after haering about all the wonderful things you do to make a special place for families. We have arranged with Becky Whiting to visit on 28th March and will bring that donation with us then. We will also bring a keepsake for the memory wall for Sarah. Last year was one of the worst years ever and going to Donna's dream house was the first time in that year that I was happy. I'm so sorry to hear about the arson. I can't do much in the way of physical money because I really have none myself but if you need any help with anything e.g. redecorating, please get in touch with me and I will be more than happy to help. I really do not know how these people sleep at night.

I am from Kingsland, Georgia, USA and I heard of "Donna's Dream House" when I attended the Blackpool Cribbage Gathering in March of 2011. And I can understand all the work, volunteers and donations that keeps coming in for this wonderful project. as we also have a similar project for our ailing children, itis called "Ronald McDonald House" in Prtland, Maine. I was saddened and hurt when I was told by one of my UK friend, Dave, that Donna's Dream House had been burglarized and set on fire,3 days before Christmas, of all time. But I believe with everyone love, prayers, donations and effort, Donna's Dream House will be rebuilt and be better than before, I hope when I visit Blackpool again that I will have the opportunity to go visit the Dream House. I come to Blackpool every year in April for our UK cribbage gathering and every year we raise money for the dream house, his year im determined to visit myself and see the work you do, maybe have a ride on your tram as well . Dear Donna's Dream House,

After hearing the sad news about the break in and fire, Kat harrison suggested that we do a walk in aid of Donna's Dream House. We completed a 6 mile walk over hill and dale through Whalley in Lancashire led by Jan Ball on Sunday the 15th of January, It was a cold but glorious day. we hoped to have raised about £100 pounds as every penny helps, but it looks as though we are currently aiming at about £300.00 so far from Donators from Simon Jersey, friends of Friends of Simon Jersey, Micro P and Protec Fire Detection, as soon as we have collected in all our sponsorship money it will be heading your way. You are such a worthy cause and deserve every penny!!

Charity Cabaret Night for Donnas Dream House at Bescot Stadium Saddlers Club on 24TH February.

If you want a fantastic night of fun and top class entertainment then come and join us. £5,00 a ticket.

We will be doing our full Tribute Show to Michael Buble and Robbie Williams, we have arranged for a room full of lookalikes and will be booking a top comedian, there will be a dance floor filling finale...plus a raffle, some Irish Bingo and a video disco through till 1am.

I can't imagine how you must be feeling at the moment. I saw you being interviewed on tv and you said it was like losing Donna all over again. My heartfelt thoughts go to you and your wife who have helped so many children/young adults and their families and siblings.

So... I'm one of these people that tries to always find the positive in everything. Unfortunately, I'm also one of those people that's rubbish at finding stuff.

This time, though, I found you. I failed to find the TV channel I was looking for, I found the news by accident, I heard about the fire, I was as disgusted as I'm sure everyone else was... but you know what - I'd never heard of the charity before that news item and because of that, the charity has £125 it would not have had before.

So, if you're loking for good out of bad, look at the people that had never heard of you before.

Dreadful what happened. I don't really know what we as a society should do with people like that. Minimise the occurrence seems like the easiest and most realistic option, and that's done by doing this.

Myself and husband came to your dream house in 2004 with my son Jack, he loved it so much. Len gave him woody, buzz and jessie off the shelf in the front room. This was our last holiday together as a family where Jack was well. Sadly we lost Jack to neuroblastoma. I cant thank you enough for the wondeerful memories we have from visiting your house, they are so special and we are both so grateful for what you all do. I hope they catch the people that did this and lock them up for a long time. If there is anything we can do to help at all even if its as simple as help redecorate please let me know.

Heard of this disgusting and appalling act first in the Gazette. Have just seen an example of some of the horrendous damage on Granada Reports and on your website and I cannot believe anyone could be so heartless and ignorant as to cause this sort of damage to a place you have set up, knowing the good and appreciated holidays and happiness you have given to children and their families, children who might never see another Christmas. I and my family fully support the work you and your volunteers are doing and if there is any way wé can help now and in the future then you can rest assured that help will be forthcoming. My daughter Charlotte suffers with epilepsy and was born prematurely and spent six weeks in an incubator and it was touch and go whether she would survive throughout that period so we know what some of these families and children you help must be going through.
My only hope is that the heartless inconsiderate people, whoever they are, can see all that they've done and just what they have deprived those needy children of. I hope they have enough of a conscience to feel some sort of remorse for their actions and if they haven't got enough gumption in their bodies to own up to what

I shall never forget your charity. The episode of Secret Millionaire it appeared in stood out to me. I was only thinking about Donna's Dream House yesterday and ggogled it, I was devestated to learn of the arson attack, cruel and selfish beyond words.
In January I shall donate a little something to help you. I don't have much money but I won't forget. I have suffered the loss of a stillborn daughter and three years later had a son who has been diagnosed with autism. I wholly admire your atrength of character and how much you have done to help the children and families you have. I wish I could do more to help others but I hope that in January a donation can make some small difference to one of the many families you do so much for. Donna would be so proud of what you've achieved as you must be of what she achieved in her short yet inspiring life.
